Ask you doctor. If you are getting a tolerance to it they will usually up the dose. If you are taking it recreationaly to get high I would say you need to stop for a while. Like most other drugs you will never get the same high as the first time. No matter how long you wait. I would just stop all together.Health Question & Answer
