I would definitely think so. I get migraines often and lots of rebound headaches. I use Excedrin. It usually goes away within 20 minutes. This is the listed ingredients in Excedrin:
Acetaminophen 250 mg
Aspirin 250 mg
Caffeine 65 mg
Midol has:
Active ingredients (in each caplet)
Acetaminophen 500 mg. Pain reliever
Caffeine 60 mg. Stimulant
Pyrilamine maleate 15 mg. Diuretic
From my own experience, I know the caffeine really seems to be the key.

You bet you can! also a cup of coffee will also help with a headache. For whatever reason caffeine works. If you look on some of the labels for like mydol it has caffeine in it. Try anything that would have caffeine if you can not stand the taste of Coffee and take that Mydol.Health Question & Answer
