I do find that to be my case. On Friday night, I go to sleep at 1230AM and wake up at 9:15AM, which is almost 9 hours of sleep. That Saturday, I feel tired. But when I get like 5.5 to 7 hours on a weekday, I feel more refreshed. Health Question & Answer
Yes, it's very true. The more I sleep the more tired I am and the less I wasnt to stay up, and the less sleep I get the longer I want to stay up.
