Why does my leg jolt?!
Question: Why does my leg jolt.?
Sometimes when I'm sitting in a car, chair or laying on my bed and not moving, my leg kind of "kicks" and I have no control over it. I can tell I'm going to "kick" because it feels like someone is tickling my leg. Any ideas why it's doing this.?

It can be one of two things. It can be restless leg syndrome, which is usually just a tingling sensation.
But what you are describing sounds like a potassium deficiency. Eat foods with potassium in it and it will go away.Health Question & Answer
