Question: My knee cap hurts when I bend it or make a sudden move..?

my knee hurts i have never has knee painlike this before. I did start a new job that deals with small children so I am doing alot of bending down. It feels like something is out of place. It only hurts when i move it or bend it. its ok when I am just walking. Health Question & Answer

you have stressed your infra patellar tendon. Best way to make this feel better is to heat the area before work, take ibuprofen for swelling and stretch your quads. by doing this you will loosen the tendon so it's not stressed as much when you bend the knee or do as much movement.
