Question: The pain that won't go away.?
Does myofascial pain cause stiffness in your joints like the heel , foot.? I have neck pain and shoulder pain for years and every test and lab work come beck normal. I had arthritis panel and came back normal. Doc thinks its fibromyalgia but i do not feel fatigue nor do i have problems sleeping. Any ideas.? I never had trouble with my sleeping habits, but I have Fibromyalgia. A sIeep disorder is not a requirement for the diagnosis. Pain is the number one indicator- above and below the waist. I understand your frustration. I went through all of the testing you mentioned with nothing abnormal. I did have some issues with my discs and my shoulder, but nothing super serious. By all counts, I am healthy.
After 15 years of pain, the diagnosis has been a godsend. Now that I know what's troubling my body, I have been able to manage my pain much better. It's good to have a knowledgeable doctor who believes in the syndrome as well.
In addition to physical therapy, I am on a anti-inflammatory med (Volteran) along with Lyrica. I began Lyrica about two weeks ago and it really works. The major side effects (dizziness and sleepiness) went away in about a week and I've had a 40% pain reduction. The only negative about Lyrica has been that I am retaining a little water. It's not too bad though with my good diet and exercise habits. I lost 25 pounds on Weight Watchers about a year ago and intend on keeping it off. Health Question & Answer

You can try to not drink anything that has Phosphoric Acid. That relieved my back, neck, and bone pains. Phosphoric Acid is what makes your soft drinks fizz. They also unbalance your body.
You can also try to not drink anything with Aspartame as well. It royally screws you over with random symptoms. Aspartame isn't healthy for anyone in any shape or form.
Fluoridated water and toothpaste may be another culprit. Try using Reverse Osmosis water and non Fluoridated toothpaste.
Try and see if that will help.
