ive been trying to sleep and i cant because something around my back is twitching right under my right shoulder blade. it feels more internal rather than a muscle and its driving me crazy...what is it.?!Health Question & Answer

It probably is a muscle. Might be caused by strain, tension from stress/heavy work, or laying on a too firm/soft bed. See a doctor if it really bothers you, but I suggest getting an old fashioned rub down first.Health Question & Answer
