What would cause sudden joint pain and numbess in fingers?!

Question: What would cause sudden joint pain and numbess in fingers.?
I have experienced this several times in the past month....I will be perfectly fine all day and then all of a sudden I will stand up or just be walking and all of my joints will start to ache. It usually was mainly my fingers, but this most recent time it was my fingers, my lower back, both knees, and my right ankle. With no warning or me doing nothing to provoke it, it will just come on me like that. And usually lasts for about 3 days. I also sometimes get tingling in my fingertips. What could possibly be causing this.?

I am 23, if that makes a difference.Health Question & Answer
