Question about Achilles Heel!?!

Question: Question about Achilles Heel!.?
Okay, so every morning before school I do my things and my heels don't hurt AT ALL. Then, when I go outside to my bus stop (IF I have to run, underline run), my heels, or those tendons on the back of my ankles, hurt, and cause me to stop walking/running efficiently. If I then rotate my ankle, the tendon feels loose, and very strange. After the bus ride, my heels don't hurt, and my day continues on without ANY OTHER problems with my heel. So what is it.? Please just tell me what it is and what not to do (for whatever I'm doing).Health Question & Answer

It sounds fairly minor but you can never be too sure...

You may just feel a little tired from walking all day at school. Or perhaps you don't stretch your Achilles tendon enough, which causes it to tighten and feel sore. One way to stretch it is to write your name with your foot (I usually do mine in cursive...better stretch). Try doing this for both feet each night and see what happensHealth Question & Answer
