It is A. I know this because I am in nursing school and I have seen this question. It is A because he could be hemorrhaging. Swallowing is normal but frequent swallowing is a sign that something is wrong. I asked the same question on here. I got some really good answers. Check em out

I'm gong to guess A because the frequent swallowing could mean bleeding. my 2nd guess would be C to control pain you need to treat it right away. B...maybe just gas pains. this is tough.Health Question & Answer
