What is your sleep routine?!


Question: What is your sleep routine.?
I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I wake up droopy eyed and very tired. I sleep @ 10 pm and wake up @ 9 pm. I tend to workout before I sleep, drink a warm glass of milk, and listen to some very low soft rock. Do you think it's the music.? If I don't listen to music my mind tends to wander which makes it almost impossible to sleep.Health Question & Answer

You are suppose to sleep at least 6- 8 hours a day, not almost 12 hours. That is why you are too tired. Try sleeping less.Health Question & Answer

The problem is you sleep for too many hours. You are simply oversleeping. Why are you going to sleep sooo early.? How old are you.? (lol) Sleep no more that eight hours a night and you will not be sluggish.

I go to sleep at around 1am and wake up at 7am. I'm sluggish all day...but at least I have a reason --> lack of sleep!Health Question & Answer

Dude... you sleep WAY too long!
But if you meant to put 9am then umm...
Well music tends to keep you awake.
You should read a book before going to bed.
And dont watch tv :/
