Question: Best treatment after having stitches.?
My 2 yr. old daughter got a gigantic gash on his her head today and ended up with 8 stitches. I wan to make sure that she ends up with as little scarring as possible. What suggestions are out there to help me with her! Please be specific.Health Question & Answer

I agree with all of the answers above. I gave my brother a gash in the head with a shovel on accident and the scar was in the middle of his head at first and it has gradually moved up through the years and you cannot really tell unless you know what you are looking for. At the time I was more upset them my little brother. He didn't have to get stiches just hte butterfly things. Gemma said Vitamin E capsules and that is what I am using for my car on my knee. I have only used it once though so we will see how it works. I heard it does though.
