What would this be on a pain scale?!

Question: What would this be on a pain scale.?
I this awful pain. It hurts all the time, but it comes worse in stabs ever so often. It rather aches them feels rather like being stabbed with a dull knife. The aching is equivalent to being put in between to cement blocks that are being smushed together till they are about an inch less than you can breathe in apart. I ache like this all over my body. The stabbing pain feels about like being run through with a blunt hockey stick. It occurs about every five minutes and usually in my chest, upper arms, or lower back. It is enough to make me flinch fairly violently, and sometimes cry out. It does not affect me when I am sleeping however. What would this be considered on a normal pain scale if my pain threshold is medium-high.? Help please.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
The pain scale is subjective. The brain interprets pain based levels of neurotransmitters available in your own unique brain, how easy/hard it is for your cells to activate and on past experience. There is no way for anyone else to tell you how bad your pain is. I can guess using another pain scale that we use for people that can not communicate, but what good does that do you.? If you call this pain 7 and it increases or decreases then we know it has gotten better or worse. If you call this pain a 10 because it is just that bad and later things get worse.? well...you weren't lying were you.? No, of course not. At that time it was the worse thing ever. Now you have knew experiences and know that pain can be worse, your scale has changed that is all. Call it what you want. Rate it truthfully....when your pain scale changes over the course of your life, your ratings will change also.
