Ooh, wow. Peroxide and neosporin will definitely not clear it up. keep and eye on it for a week at MOST. if it continues or worsens, i think you should just get a doctors opinion. If it is an ingrown nail, then unfortunately you have to get surgery. it really doesn't hurt, they basically hook you up with laughing gas to make you feel dizzy, then inject numbing stuff into you. it really doesn't hurt at all with the laughing gas. after that they knock you out with more gas, and you'll be asleep the whole time. if you don't get surgery, this could lead to infections.Health Question & Answer

if you are having no pain that's good,but the skin should still look the same as the rest of your skin. If your toe has a ingrown nail your toes would hurt at least at the edge. I would suggest going to at least have it checked out. I doubt u need surgery but you should have it looked at.Health Question & Answer

If it's an ingrown toenail, you need compound W on the nail. It would hurt a lot, though.
