No you don't need to get help, but you probably won't feel any better until you get some sleep! Besides Tylenol, the other ingredient in these is Benadryl, which will make you tired (hence the "PM" part). I don't like taking Benadryl because even one pill makes me feel drugged the next day. Next time, don't take anything with "PM" or "nighttime" during the day, unless you plan on going to bed!Health Question & Answer

Tylenol Pm is called tylenol Pm because it is supposed to be taken at night. It generally works better than regualr tylenol, but it makes you very tired and drowsy.

You should just take a nap since it is Saturday, bit next time you are at the store I reccommend you get some regular Tylenol or Advil.

It is okay that you are drowsy because no matter what Tylenol PM is going to make you tired and/or drowsy.

Hope I helped.

I'd be glad to help more if needed.Health Question & Answer

No, you're probably just sensitive to it. I am also. Two of them will put me to sleep for a whole day.

The sleep medicine in it is the same as in the product Unisom. Those are tiny pills to begin with, and I have to break them into *fourths* when taking them.

So, yes, you're OK. You'll probably be drowsy for a few more hours, but you'll shake it off just fine. Next time try taking only one, or half of one.Health Question & Answer

Why do you suppose they call it PM.? It's supposed to help you sleep, silly! PM = evening, get it.? If you're drowsy, it's working.

If you are taking it during the day, stick to the regular Tylenol.Health Question & Answer

Don't take tylenol Pm during the day, if you're not going to go to sleep then there is not point. Use Advil or regular tylenol.Health Question & Answer
