i have this problem since two years and i am facing very shameful conditions. gas incontinence because my sphincter muscles have contracted and they are passing gas all time, every time, always, and this is really embarrassing problem for me...plz guys can you let me know if there is some medicine that can help me with strengthening my sphincter muscle..plz plz plz help me here...i cannot take this anymore....cuz never such thing happened with me...........thanksHealth Question & Answer

If you flex these muscles 15 times or more a day then it will strengthen them back up.
