okay so i have had a headache everysingle day this week right when i get home from school, i have taken motrin and i have drinkken caffinated things to get me hyper thenget my mind off of it and i can still do things but it is just getting worse! dont say "go to the doctor" cos i get this alot but i just cant take it anymore!! i want it gone!! btw im only 12 so i cant like buy anything else im not alloed to take advil or tylenol or anything but motrin (moms rules) please help like an activity.? anything will help thank you!!Health Question & Answer

I'm 12 too and the same thing is happening to me. I went to the doctor when I was 10 because of it, and the told me to try to get a lot of sleep and make sure I'm not dehydrated. If that doesn't work, you might have to go to the doctor even if you don't want to. They gave me a lot of medicines to try, but none of them help. I'm starting another on Christmas, and if that doesn't work, it could mean it's something serious. So seriously if nothing helps, you really do need to go to the doctor.Health Question & Answer
Oh I get that so much. It happens when you are hungry or you are not getting enough sleep. Im depressed so Im always tired. I have none stop headaches and eyes burning so and my mom works in a medical building. She says the food and sleep think. Hope I help!Health Question & Answer
Press in between your thumb and your pointer finger at the softest part really hard for awhile. That works for me when I have migraines.Health Question & Answer
