my jaw joint is killing me i used to crack it alot in like 6th grade now im in 8th and its killing me i know the difference bettween a tooth ache and that its soo much more painful wat i have nowww plzz help what should i do to calm the pain down.?Health Question & Answer

You can put heat or ice on it. Which ever helps the most. Maybe ask your mom if you can see your dentist or doctor. There is a thing that can happen with your jaw joint that causes pain. Usually it is from clamping your teeth together too tight when you are asleep but I suppose cracking your jaw could do it. Anyway that is the way to find out what you can do in the long term.
