Question: Why do I feel so much more tired when I wake up than before I go to sleep.?
I feel so awake before I go to sleep and then when I wake up I feel like I need to go to sleep.

maybe because before you go to sleep...your body was in a state of being active and being alive...your brain was constantly working and is somehow preoccupied with the things that you did for the day. you tend to think of the things that happened on that day or maybe you were thinking of the things that might happen the next day....so it's kinda hard for you to actually go to sleep...
the same thing applies when you wake up in the morning you feel sleepy because your body came from a resting face....

I feel the same way. I'm just gonna take a wild guess here.... maybe you are in your deep sleep cycle and when you have an alarm and it interrupts your sleeping cycle it makes you feel tired. Or maybe you get so comfortable sleeping that we just don't want to wake up. I don't really know though.Health Question & Answer
Umm..at the risk of sounding maternal here..are you checking your blood sugar.? Is that all okay.? also, have you had your iron levels checked.? Anemia can cause this.

Make sure your room is quiet and dark when you sleep or your mind will not truly rest.

you can get too much sleep. try getting at least 8 hrs but not more than 10. it happens to me all the time. c( :Health Question & Answer
