im soo nervous for my big midterm, & im getting really bad cramps

The best thing you can do is just prepare yourself for the test. Study as much as you possibly can, but take it pretty slowly and easily. If you stress out a bunch while you're studying you're not going to remember much. If that ship has sailed and you're about to go take the test in a few minutes or something, then just try to take deep breaths and remind yourself that you've done everything you can. Sometimes it's a good feeling to know that you've done your best and there's nothing else you can do. Maybe drink some hot tea or something like that, and think of something fun you can do after the test as a reward :) It helps some people to keep going over information over and over in their heads right before a test, but some people need to just not think about. Just look over everything one more time, maybe sure you have all of your supplies, and celebrate being finished afterwards!Health Question & Answer

If you have time, take a warm bath & relax. This ALWAYS works for me!
I also sit in a quiet & dark place to relax & slow my breathing. This type of meditation helps to calm your nerves. Have self confidence & know that you will do the best that you can.

Stop thinking about the exam. Stay away from caffeine.
Have a glass of milk and some cookies before you go to bed.
Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep.
Eat breakfast in the morning.
Take in deep breaths at the exam and relax.
