Question: Is it considered self injury if I don't cut myself.?
Every time I get upset because I did somthing stupid or got in trouble for somthing I didn't do I want to hurt myself.
I usually punch myself in the head or slap myself.
Is that considerd self injury.?
I also have a habbit of chewing my lower lip and fingers as wellas pinching my neck and shoulders.

but habbits are a little different- like i bite my nails but that doesn't mean that that is a way of me cutting myself- yours are a little different though-

It is also not self injury if you toss yourself down a flight of stairs or cut your arm with a knife, while preparing food.

Yes that's considered self injury. Anything that you do do cause yourself pain to deal with emotional issues is self injury.
