Question: I rise at 2:45am M-F to work out before work(i start at 5:30), should I get up @ the same time on the wknd.?
In order to avoid insomnia, should i get up at the same time on the weekend.? I have no social life until I move in january, so I dont go out except to see my grandparents once a week. Should I always get up at the same time.? is that better.? Health Question & Answer

I have read that you want to sleep no more than 1 hour later on the weekend than you do during the week. So that'd mean getting up at 4 a.m. on weekends.

I think working these hours or night shift hours can cut your life short, cause depression, obesity, all kinds of problems. Consider a job with hours closer to daytime hours. Health Question & Answer
