Speak with a natural homeopathic individual. They'll suggest to you a regimen for you to follow. I also agree with education.

There has been talk of a vaccine, and possibly use of it now. There's also a drug called Vigabatrin, also another drug called D-cycloserine(DCS) has had an excellent results. I'm sure they have plenty of info on the web.

See a doctor, they'll point you in the right direction.Health Question & Answer

Unfortunately the drug may help for a short while but it's a disease that centers in the mind so even though the craving will be removed you will think you can handle "Just one drink, pill, fix, snort", whatever and the vicious cycle will begin again. No it's not about will power and no it's not about education it is a disease far more powerful than that. I have been sober for 5 years now after trying everything possible to get sober. Switching the kind of drink, only drinking on the weekends, only doing one line, taking pills, all of which failed. So after 20 years of heavy use I got my *** to am AA meeting! What a ride! My life is unlike anything I imagined it could ever be. That's what worked for me. Good luck with finding what will work for you. I hope you find it very soon and get to feeling better!Health Question & Answer
