Yeah you're getting the perfect amount of sleep. There was a study that showed that adolescents, that includes your age, should get around 7-8 hours of sleep at night. Any less than that or more than that is actually harmful to your body and I can vouch for that. I go to sleep at 12 and wake up at 5 and I've been doing this for about 3 years and eventually, I lost all feelings in my body. Like I couldn't feel happy or sad, I just felt indifferent to everything. So yeah, just keep your sleep cycle. It's perfect.
also, my brother did the opposite. He went to sleep at 12 am and woke up at 3:00 pm everyday for two years and eventually, he lost all energy and lost his appetite, and just became a couch potato but even less energy.Health Question & Answer

ahaha, i do the same thing, but i'm 15.
it's not good. like once in a while, if you have way too much
hw or something and you have to stay up really late, that's fine
but on average, it's bad for you.
