Should I still see a Dr. Even though I haven't had any "episodes" in the last week?!
Question: Should I still see a Dr. Even though I haven't had any "episodes" in the last week.?
I'll make it short last month..;
-I went off on a co-worker
-I came very close to hurting someone at my birthday party
-I broke my husbands car windows in a fit of rage (over my birthday party)
-I"m also pregant and want help but I'm scared that they'll try locking me up..
Anyway.. I'm very calm now although very sad and I'm just worried I've never seen a therapist before..Health Question & Answer

Yes go and have a chat, theres something annoying you and making you angry and you might help pinpoint what it is. also,if you have another episode in the future you might have better knowledge on how to treat it.Health Question & Answer
