i was an every day weed smoker, till about 2 months ago.
then i started smoking only once or twice a week.
i quit ten days before new years.
and then i smoked on new years day.
i hav'nt smoked since.

from my vast warehouse of knowledge, i guess you should consider exercise. once a day for one hour, not vigorous, but enough to work up a sweat. and then i would sit and work up a good excuse like they held you down and told you to kiss them if your didnt smoke. how can you do that to yourself.?Health Question & Answer
