chewing... real hard! without the tongue, no tastebuds, hard time to produce saliva which has enzymes to make it easier to burn break down the food.

it would be possible, but it would be very likely to choke...

If desperate, there's always such a thing as intravenous food tubes.
However, just because one does not have a tongue doesn't mean they can't eat. I think they could probably eat pudding and stuff like that. Maybe even other food, since their teeth still work!Health Question & Answer
