Best way to pop your back?


Question:
Okay so right now I have a horrible pain in my back and I can tell it needs to be popped so does anyone know a great way to pop it?

Answer:
its really never a good thing to pop anything unless it pops on its own or in a natural motion. forcing it could make it worse. try standing up straight with your back against the wall and press your shoulders toward it. if that doesnt work and you cant afford to see a chiropractor then lay flat on your stomach and have somone place both hands on your back, fingers toward your sides, palms directly on each side of your spine and slowly apply force until it pops. have them start from the top and work their way down. your back will probably pop in a few different places.
