Do all very pale women have very red feet?

Question: i mean on underneath not on top. My girlfriend is quite worried because the soles of her feet are very bright pink and she thinks she has a problem with her circulation. She has gone to the GP today to ask his opinion.
shes always had cold feet and I told her that colour underneath is normal for very white skin, but she says shes been getting pins and needles a bit recently and is worried. Advise pls..

I am very pale all over my body, but I have no red feet! But, I've seen many with red soles! It's nothing to worry about! She has sensitive skin! That's all!
