No, even if you should have, you probably won't die. Dog poo contains both germs and parasites. You could very easily give yourself intestinal worms. Both round and heart worms are pretty common in dogs. Round worms will live in your intestines and take the nutrients out of the foods you eat. You'll eventually wither away if you don't get treatment. Some may also exit your anus when you poo. Heart worms enter the intestines, burrow through your intestinal walls, and enter your blood stream. From there they enter the heart, where they grow, multiply, and form a mass that restricts blood flow.
I hope you at least got paid for eating it. I'd hate to think there was enough liquor somewhere in the world that makes eating sh!t seem like a good idea.

No you wont die, as for healthy, well it could be as there are a lot of animals who eat poo all the time and they are as fit as anything
