Question: Is there a pill you can take to help with swelling.?

I just had a tummy tuck surgery almost 4 weeks ago and I am constantly swelling which is normal but I hate it. I look pregnant! they say it will go down but I was wondering if there is something I can take now to help make it go down. If I work out, I am more swollen... and I have just been doing cardio to take it easy!
I know I need to decrease my sodium intake... I know that part already and I try to but it seems everything has a ton of sodium in it. I dont know how much I should actually have a day or with each meal.Health Question & Answer
