Hey you could have a sleep condition called sleep apnea which prevents you from sleeping well at night but Im not sure if that's exactly the case here I dont want to jump to conclusions lol. But If you continue to feel this way then If I were you I would get checked out and see if there's a logical explanation as to why your not sleeping good. Hope this helps!Health Question & Answer

you won't be able to sleep if ur tired. doesn't make sense, i know. try going to bed early, and see if that helps. u usually fall asleep faster if u think ur not tired.Health Question & Answer
