How can I sleep in late on my days off?!


Question: How can I sleep in late on my days off.?
I'm so used to getting up at 6:30 am that I can't sleep any later then that time. How can I make it so I sleep in later on my days off.?Health Question & Answer

I don't battle at all.

Go to bed late on weekends, and the night before days off. So you will feel the need to 'catch up'.
Even go to bed just a little later on work nights too. This will REALLY give you a need to catch up.Health Question & Answer

You could try drinking coffee a little before you go to sleep so that you crash when sleeping or just staying up late the night before. If you already do this, just try getting up early and maybe sneaking in a nap later in the day.
