This is definitely my forte, so I will explain as best as I can, and I hope you find my answer informative.
The first time I snorted cocaine, I didn't even realize I was high. I was so used to the high of marijuana, that I was expecting the same thing, and so I assumed it didn't affect me. It also surprisingly didn't burn my nose, like you'd think it would.
Oh, and a fun fact: supposedly, if you rub it on your teeth, it numbs them. I've also heard that it helps a tooth ache very well. I haven't tested that theory out myself, though.
I would say that in about 5-10 minutes I noticed my heart beating rapidly and I was more talkative with my environment, but methamphetamine is actually what made a drastic increase in my speed of talking. You have a new found ability to socialize more, but it's not a necessity.
I did become confident, all of the times, but not to an extent where I would flirt with everyone or anything. I was just able to socialize, comfortably.
I wouldn't say I was paranoid at all. In fact, all of the times I have done cocaine, I was never paranoid in any way. Parents and family members probably won't even know you're high on it, actually. Unless you make it obvious, they'll generally be clueless.
I was able to write a lot, I also noticed. For some reason, of all of the things I could do, I choose to write a story. Crazy, I know, but I started writing for hours straight. Which resulted in me rambling a lot.
The actual feeling you get is a feeling of being a little more energetic and euphoric. But the euphoria is short lived. As in a span of 5 minutes or less.
The next day I didn't get a "crash" feeling, like others are claiming they've had or a severe depression. I've done cocaine quite a few times, and I've been fine every time afterward, on the next day. But I guess everyone is different on how they react to it.
In conclusion, cocaine is fun, though. I would recommend it, if you're considering doing it. Just be careful and know your limits. Too much of anything is never good. :)Health Question & Answer

I tried it once, It made me feel witty, chatty, energetic and confident, and for the next two days after I had the worst depression of my life. That and people telling me what an A$$hole I was that night kept me from ever doing it again.Health Question & Answer
Not paranoid... but really talkative, confident, energetic (not like you want to run a marathon, but like you could dance all night.
