Answers:
Deep breathing has been linked to lowering stress levels. That is why some people say "take a breather," because when you take a minute to focus on your breathing you are allowing your body and mind to recover and it lowers your stress levels. Health Question & Answer
I think it's because your cells need oxygen to do everything so when you take deep breathes they just fill up with oxygen and it makes you feel better.? Helps with stress.? I only took Biology for a year so Idk but I think I'm close, lmao.
