Question: Ehhhhh, kind of an embarrassing question ...?
Okay.
So I never really have experienced PMS like most women have. I hardly have any cramps, like .. Ever.
Some of my friends call me lucky and stuff. But there is ONE thing ..
About a week before my period, I can't STOP eating.
I eat like a walrus! D:
Is there anything I can do, like ... As far as controlling my appetite.?Health Question & Answer

Hah! That happens to me too. I usually crave chocolate and rare steak, but I think that might be just a wolf thing. Hey, at least you don't get the cramps I get; last Saturday I actually thought I was dying.Health Question & Answer
No, it's probably just your bodies way of trying to compensate for all the extra energy your body is using when you have a period or are near it. I get the same way when I'm close to my period sometimes. If I just ate, yet somehow I'm hungry again already, I'll just drink water instead. it makes that slight hunger go away, and most of the time, it seems like i was really thirsty anyway. Not hungry like I thought i was. So maybe you're just mistaking thirst as hunger.? also, maybe try eating more filling foods that are still good for you. Foods with lots of protein for example, and make sure you don't skip any meals like breakfast for example. Hope that helps. :)Health Question & Answer
