Basically I knew from a younger age that I wasn't like other boys, I tended to hang around girls a lot more than boys, and when I was 13 I realised that I was meant to be a girl. Since I turned 18 after I left school I have been living as a woman, dressing as a woman, taking hormones to turn me into a woman, and now I need to know, is it time for me to have sex reassignement surgery.? I just want my transition to be complete so I can live the rest of my life happily as a complete woman. Can anyone suggest if now is a good time to complete my transition.?Health Question & Answer

I think that since you are asking this question you are still a little unsure about this step. Wait. You are living as a woman now, and there is no reason why you can't continue in this way for a few more years until you have absolutely no doubts.
Remember that as good as surgery is now, it will never make you a "complete" woman. It will be a closer approximation than you are now, but you will never have a vagina or be able to bear children. So, even the surgery will not really get you what you want. This means you should really think long and hard before taking this irrevocable step. Another reason to potentially wait is that surgery techniques improve every year and by waiting you may end up with better results.

First counseling with a psychiatrist, why you fell into such thinking. What made you to be so adamant to become a complete woman.?
Second with Plastic surgeon, since you are adamant to become a complete woman.
