If you have or had ovarian cysts please answer?!

Question: If you have or had ovarian cysts please answer.?
My doctor told me I have a cyst by my left ovary. And it seems to be getting worse...I'm having some pain and pressure which from what I have read is normal. But I'm so bloated,I can't eat barely anything,im super nauseated and sometimes vomit if i eat two or three meals for the whole day,and I'm really fatigue and tired the whole day and sleep more than usual. My doctor told me it should resolve on it's own and go away in 2 to 3 cycles. But i haven't had my period since July 16th.I'm on birth control but still haven't got it yet.Is all this normal for an ovarian cyst.?Health Question & Answer

I would go back to the doctor! You shouldn't have to suffer like that for the next 2-3 months. I had a cyst but it wasn't discovered until it was really large. They decided to do surgery and when they got in there it had twisted my ovary and cut off its blood supply so I lost my ovary too. You can still have kids with 1 ovary, so I'm fine there.

It takes about a week to recover from laparoscopic surgery--sounds preferable to what you're going through. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

I have PCOS. I'm not sue whether or not this is the same as your condition, but I haven't been able to have my period for several months. Now, I can't STOP bleeding. Its been happening for TWO MONTHS now. I've been vomiting too. But something in me feels like what you and is the same thing. It ISN'T normal. Ask your doctor about it immediately and see if you can get it removed (surgically)Health Question & Answer

Hi. Read up on enzymes called serrapeptase and nattokinase. They come in capsule form and are said to be great for dissolving cysts, fibroids, etc. Can't hurt to look...good luck sis.Health Question & Answer

my girlfriend had cysts on both of her ovaries and they were so bad that she had to have them removed. they put her on birth control hoping it would control her period but they were too far gone.Health Question & Answer

Hi there!

I've had a few ovarian cysts. A couple went away on their own. One was 4cm and was surgically removed and a dermoid ovarian cyst that was 2cm was removed (that's a diff type of cyst that cannot go away on it's own)

I've experienced bloating, nauseua, fatigue. I've felt them all. I suggest that you talk to your doctor again if the pain continues to get worse. There is a risk for ovarian torsion if the cyst gets too large and cuts off blood supply to your ovary.
