For ladies... missed period ?!
Question: For ladies... missed period .?
Hey girls,
This is my second missed period and it worries me a little. I'm not sexually active, so I can't be prego. I know there's a few reasons i could have it: increased stress i started school (about 2 months ago) and then increased/decreased exercise: I played field hockey and ran (until about 2 weeks ago.)
My periods have never really been regular. I've had heavy heavy days and a 7day period, and then really light periods that last only 3 light days.
When should I see a doctor.?
Has this happenned to any of you.?
Should I be worried.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
No, you don't need to see a doctor, because that's something that's very normal. You could have missed your period because of routine changes, lack of enough sleep, not eating correctly, and of course the stress you mentioned.

It sounds like those are viable reasons to have missed it, and if you're sure you're not pregnant, I wouldn't worry about it to much just yet. If you don't get it soon, or miss another one, then I think you should consult a doctor. Your period may just be off whack and they might have to put you on birth control pills or something to regulate it.Health Question & Answer
