just a couple weeks ago when my baby was 3 weeks old i started having a twinge of pain just like i do when i ovulate and ive also breaking out with acne just like i do when im about to start my period. could it start back up so soon.? ive almost stopped the after birth bleeding. its just a tiny bit of yellowy stuff now. i am breast feeding but not all the time so i dont know how that could effect my cycle. im not on any kind of birth control. im using natural family planning so i really need to know what my cycle is doing before me and my husband start being sexually active again.
