It's a waste of money. It will certainly not make you bigger.
The only substance that might that hasn't had medical testing or related science done on it is human growth hormone. There have been offhand accounts of people who take it as a performance enhancer that have claimed penile growth, though it itself is highly unlikely and not medically sound. The body isn't supposed to grow outside of puberty and most likely won't. There have also been cases of unusual bone or organ growth associated with abuse of it. There has not been alot of testing done on growth hormone but unnatural levels of it in the body is indeed bad for you that could lead to disease or death. The current assumption is that it cannot cause this kind of growth despite some claims of those who have taken it.
The only thing a pill can really do is increase nitric oxide response in the vessels that supply blood to the penis. In a sense they can help make it hard, but I have no proof that they do in the slightest. I would not waste the time to buy this product. There is some reason to think that Yohimbie bark might, but this has never been clinically proven. Yohimbe is relatively safe as long as you don't have a blood pressure condition, so feel free to try it and see if it works for you.
By far the most successful products that do this are the current rash of erectile dysfunction medications like viagra. They work quite effectively in this regard. I don't have a prescription but managed to get one through a friend, so I know the effects. If you don't have ED at least, it will make you considerably hard for a long time. It does swell up a bit more than usual, but I doubt the change in size would even be noticed by a female during sex...really an extra half inch regardless of how much that might matter in your mind won't do anything for a woman.
