I want to reduce 10 Kgs. Can any one suggest me what to do and how to do reduce!

Diets don't work so don't look for one. Exercise helps so at least walk briskly for 30 minutes or so at least four times a week. Most important is to re train your body's habits. When you feel hungry don't eat right away. Wait until you are really hungry and then eat what you like but not as much as you think you want. This takes practice and in not too long a time your body will change the habit of saying it is hungry so often. Only eat when hungry and not because you think you are hungry. Do eat the foods you like because if you don't then you will soon go back to eating too often and too much. I do wish the best for you.

The best way according to me should be doing a lot of workouts in the gym without any drastic reduction in the diet
skip breakfast for a month and it will be done soooo simple !!
stick to a decent exercize regime, that will not over work u, and a well balanced diet.
eat 1 meal/days

Avoid animal fat, minimise cooking oil, reduce calorie intake & carbohydrate, have daily aerobics for 2 hours, preferably be a vegan. There cannot be a simpler route.
Start smoking and play soccer once a week. I am 41 and doing them for 25 years. and I am 65 since then.
u need to get your heart rate up for aleast 30min a day brisk walking can be good once u see results u might want to do more activities so if u got a dog or someone to walk with do it.
if you really want to lose weight exercise 5 times a week for atleast an hour, and really push yourself. eat healthy, ther are no quick easy safe ways to lose weight, try herbalife
well start off drinking 8 8oz glasses of water a day. walk 1.5 miles each day after work. start off slow and build up some endurance to it. eat 5 small meals a day . try not to eat after 6:00 pm unless you can work it off. if you have time an money go to the gym do a good work out. I hope you stick with it. with time these three things will not only help you reduce your weight but will help reduce your stress. and increase yous sex life. good luck you can do it.
