Is it true that after working out your testerone level is high?!
Question: and how can you tell if your if its too high because some days I just feel like fighting someone for no reason or playing arm wresteling all the time. I dont take any kind of drugs i just lift weights and im only 17

some workouts increase testosterone some dont!
generally shorter time duration 45min-1 hour and intense (heavy weight fast and hard) do increase while longer less intense ones dont - marathon runners for instance have a decrease in testosterone
despite popular myth testosterone does not make you angry or aggressive - it does however give you confidence and make you slightly euphoric - two characteristics that are good if you are chasing girls!
If you want to fight people it is because you are dick dont blame it on testosterone
