No. Look in the media. A lot of male rappers and singers have both ears pierced. I think it's just a way to show off the bling.
No. If you check my profile you will see that I am gay. Some gay men have no piercings (like me) others have one ear, both ears, nose, eyebrow,penis, belly button, nipple or tongue pierced. But, so do some straight men. Piercing is a personal choice and has little if anything to sexual predisposition. Anyone can be pierced anywhere they like for any reason. for most it is a fashion statement.
