is swimming good for toning up arms,thigs?!
Question: iveput on approximately 12 pounds..need to look toned,if not too slim.coz im on the curvy n fuller side n tall too..suggest some ways to tone up at home..suggest a diet,any abdomen toning device ,swimming,diet..whatever u think will help me get back into shape in 2months.

And it's low-impact. But you have to do it for more than 30 minutes each day, as many days a week as you can.
Here's a simple diet -- no carbs after 6 PM. And no carbs after a workout either. Otherwise, eat healthy and you should lose weight steadily, if you're also exercising.
