"What a concept!". I'm drinking "Green Tea" right now!. I drink it because it is a great way to keep your weight down. (No) I am not over-weight,and never have been. I mainly drink a cup before bedtime, because it relaxes me,and keeps me from craving sweets. Ginseng is a natural energy booster. When you have extra energy, you will not crave sweets,or eat fast foods as often. (PS) Also try: Raspberry-Green Tea. It's delicious!
