Ok, here's the problem. There are so many people selling the belt, you have to contact the people who sold it to you. Like, for example, if you went to Target and bought something there, you wouldn't call Wal-Mart with questions about the sale. So, you need to find your receipt and see if there is anything on it regarding the phone numbers or the company who sold it to you. The company name is almost assuredly printed on your credit card bill (if you used a credit card).
If you can find the company who sold it to you, you should be able to find a phone number.
If you order products off of the TV, here's a suggestion for all reading this. Write down the number you called to order and, while you're on the phone, ask the operator the company name (and also customer service numbers if available) that is selling this product and write that down too.
If they are unwilling or unable to give you company information and customer service numbers, hang up and don't order. Find another place to order the product (web or store).
Also, always use a credit card. Never use check routing information. Credit cards have protections so you can dispute after the sale.
