how do i re-align my neck?!
Question:
Answers:
Go to the doctor. Before you get a chiropractor to work on your neck, you must make sure it is allright. Most chiropractors though will take many XRAYS. They should.
I used to go to a chiropractor for a long time. For my upper neck it was not the right answer. I know it does help some people. I tend to think it might be better for lower back problems. And yes I have known a lot of people that have went or go now to one.
May I ask what happened to your neck? Do not try at all to do this yourself, never!

Go to a chiropractor! They can work miracles.
I reccommend a roundhouse kick to the head from Chuck Norris.
you don't. a Chiropractor does. Serious.
Don't try to re-align your neck yourself; this can be very dangerous - you could stroke yourself out literally. Consult a chiropractor. I swear by mine.
put a rope around your neck and hang your weight from it.(really)!

I agree that you should go to a Chiropractor. Let a specialist handle something like that because you do have something called a spinal cord in there somewhere.
I agree with azhikinggrl. Having received wellness chiropractic care, I feel better than I have in years. Also my headaches have gone away!

don't be so quick go to a chiropracter! I've seen some serious injuries caused by them. people hospitalized with herniated discs, tendonitis, bursitis, etc. Too many people are going to see them for trivial reasons.
First- I need to now hy you think you need your back re-alligned.
I would recommend seeing an osteopathic doctor that practices OMT.
