With a little training, everyone has great abs. Leg lifts and crunches (straight up or alternating left to right crossing the body) are practically all you need. The real secret, and one that the "ab rocker" infomercials won't tell you, is if you don't get rid of the layer of fat around your gut, you'll never see those great abs.
