think back to the first time u started smoking, then ban your head on the table or against the wall. and do that everytime u pick up another cig.

if you r a chain smoker or otherwise also start decreasing your cig.(i.e. the no. of cig.).chewing gums also hepls a bit.so if you feel like smoking try a gum next time.it helped really one of my frnd.hope does same for you.
